It finally dawned on me that I haven't posted anything about Tourmaline on here. Like, at all. (None of the fanart from last summer, none the concept art from the fall, none of the comic pages... nothing.) Obviously, I must fix this situation. Quickly.
For those who haven't heard of it yet, 'Tourmaline' is an epic Steven Universe fanfiction written by Phantomrose96 on tumblr this last summer. It's uh.... a pretty good story... one that I've been working on adapting to webcomic form over the past few months. The first few pages have gone up on tumblr already, but now that I've gotten ps96's permission to upload it elsewhere, I'll start adding the strips on here, too. ^^,

Happy New Year! Time for a status update! 2021 was an interesting year to be sure, from starting a second comic to converting Tourmaline into its new hybrid form. I didn't produce as much content as previous years (and for good reason - I needed a break!), but I'm looking at getting back on a regular schedule in 2022. I'm currently building a buffer (visible on Patreon), so when the comics return, there will be regular Tourmaline and Close To Home updates every 2-3 weeks. Close To Home returns January 21st, and Tourmaline returns on February 5th! Note: If you want more frequent Tourmaline, tumblr will be getting short, weekly updates starting January 22nd! (Tapas gets longer compilations that flow better.) And as always, patrons get stuff early!

I know how u feel. I wrote this pokemon fanfic that takes place in a future where Ash, Misty and Gary are grown up some years back and I still haven't uploaded all the chapters on here yet xD
